Special Project – Competition Law in Small Economies

back to the previous page

Under the guidance of the ICN’s Steering Group, the Special Project co-authors, the Swiss Competition Commission and the Israel Antitrust Authority, sent a questionnaire to the ICN Members in July 2008. The co-authors collected responses from the ICN Member Agencies during the end of 2008. Based on those responses, a descriptive report was compiled on the impact of size of an economy on the application of competition laws. The findings of the Special Project will be discussed during the ICN Meeting in Zurich in June 2009.
